Tell me more about your business. Broker Properties Realtors, Inc. offers home buyers & sellers a guidance system to purchasing and selling a home. We offer professional assistance, but we also have fun in the process. We treat our clients like we would want to be treated by being honest & reliable. Making Clients for Life is our motto, and we love referrals! We also offer a wide amount of services depending on what our client needs, such as market evaluations, home warranties, and property management on vacant homes. We want to give our clients the best step forward in the buying & selling process.

How did you get started? I started in real estate back in 2002 as a real estate office secretary on Pine Island Florida. I learned as much as I could from a fantastic Broker that helped me launch my career in real estate. I moved to beautiful Tennessee in 2005 and continued as a real estate agent until 2010. I decided then to pursue my career with my own company so I could give the best reliable service to my clients.

Who is your mentor? My mentor has been my first broker, Beverly Rufino who is still in business today at the age of 74. She is my inspiration by showing me to be ethical & reliable. She taught me that I don’t need to be a high pressure salesperson with a script, it’s all about the relationship I establish, not the dollar! And, with patience focus & persistence it will grow my business and bring joy to my life and others around me.

What impacts the real estate market? All social, economic, environmental, technological, legal and political environments impact my business. I utilize the social as much as I can, meeting people is my job and my passion. Technology is a must, and a thriving economic and local environment helps my business grow. With the legal and political, there is ups & downs, depending on how the housing industry is impacted. Interest rates decisions can affect business tremendously.

What do you enjoy about running your business? Number one- I would have to say is seeing my clients face when they walk into the perfect home for them! Their happiness is my happiness. I also enjoy meeting new people, travel, showing homes, and staging homes.
