Describe more about UpVerge Media. We create thoughtfully designed Recruiting, OnBoarding, and Training video content to distinguish businesses from all the rest. UpVerge Media understands the importance of properly onboarding new and current employees using video for ongoing training.
How did you get started? I created training videos for a past employer to draw more attention to the company’s LinkedIn Page. I realized that shooting and editing videos were a passion and talent. I enjoyed shooting so much that I often would lose track of time because I loved creating video content. For my birthday, my wife purchased me a professional camera. Her belief in me was enough to pursue turning this into a full-time career.
What is your background? With over 10 years of experience in both the corporate training and recruiting world, I understand the value of attracting and retaining talent. Using those same practices, I can create video content that allows for a streamed lined process company-wide.
Describe your customers. Any business or company that wants to retain, attract and develop talent through creatively designed videos to meet desired business needs.
What do you enjoy most about your business? I love being able to take an idea and see it turn into reality. When I am shooting a video, time stands still. People always say it’s not working when you are doing what you love. I love taking a client’s vision and turning it into a project that they are very proud of because it exceeds their desired results.
