This feature is a question-and-answer session with a new Blount County Chamber member. So here we go with our 16th installment visiting with Clint Woodfin, Managing Member of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, which brings more than 50 years of experience representing local, national and international companies with business, legal and litigation matters.
 
Describe what you do at Spicer Rudstrom.I am the managing member of Spicer Rudstrom’s Knoxville office and the Chair of the firm’s Trucking and Transportation practice. I graduated from James Madison University and received my J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1993
 
What areas do you specialize in? I focus on alternative dispute resolution, automobile liability, business and commercial litigation, employment practices litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, insurance subrogation, premises liability, products liability, real estate and construction litigation and workers’ compensation. I’m really passionate about leadership and advocating for those who need a voice.
 
What do you enjoy outside of your law practice? My family and I enjoy many activities, including boating, skiing, hiking and traveling. I am a 2010 graduate of Leadership Blount and serve on the board and volunteer for many local non-profits, including the Appalachian Ballet Company, Habitat for Humanity, Community Food Connection and Parish Pastoral Council for Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Parish.
