The Dialogue with Amber Pfohl

This feature is a question-and-answer session with a new Blount County Chamber member. So, here we go with our 132nd installment visiting with Amber Pfohl, national sales representative for TriMark Strategic.
What is TriMark Strategic? We specialize in providing commercial kitchens with design, equipment, smallwares, chemicals & disposables all over the nation.
What is your background? I have worked in the restaurant business for 18 years. My network is primarily restaurant owners, investors and employees. It is very easy to me to understand their needs, since I have been in those shoes for over half of my career.
Who is your mentor? I have several that I watch, go to lunch with and admire from afar. To name a few, Randy Burleson, Amy Morton, Becca Boyd, John Maxwell, John Wooden, Mel Robbins and I'm sure there are more.
Describe your customers. My clients are in the foodservice industry. Mostly restaurant managers, executive chefs, operators, owners, contractors, architects. I have a wide range of decision makers for one industry.
What do you enjoy about working with TriMark Strategic? I thoroughly enjoyed learning so much more about an industry that I thought I already knew everything. It is refreshing to continue to learn in an industry that I fell in love with long ago.
