How did you get started? I was looking for a company that fit my values. After meeting Kelin Mock, Site Director, I knew it was a great fit for me. Our values are: Be Bold Seek innovation. What is your background? I have 25 years experience with CVS Caremark as a Regional Human Resource Business Partner for Tennessee and Kentucky. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management.
Who is your mentor? John Berg, CEO of Connect Hearing was my mentor that gave me the disciplines needed to achieve results. John is the most hones, ethical and intelligent leader I've worked for since I came to Sitel Tennessee. Since joining Sitel Tennessee I find the same successful behavior in our Site Director, Kelin Mock. These two have the qualities needed to achieve success. They both care about their employees.

Name three things you wish you knew when you started. I wish I would have come to work here years ago! Sitel Tennessee has been here for 19 years and expanding 300 additional positions in 2019. I'm just happy to be a part of this exciting time for Sitel Tennessee.
What do you enjoy about the business? Excellent work environment. One big large family. Doing the right thing for the employees and community.
